A cropped image from folio 44v of the Chronicle of Mann (Cotton MS Julius A VII). The text reads in Latin: "rex manniæ et insularum", which translates into English as: "King of Mann and the Isles". This particular cropped statement refers to Olaf the Black (d. 1237).
