Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The head shot uploaded is extracted from a large 'full-body'group photograph. All commercial value resides in selling reproduction rights to, or prints of, that large group photo. There's no commercial value to extracts of the individual members such as the photo I have uploaded. I have even reduced the photo to the extent that only the head of the subject is pictured (rather than his full-body) to definitely remove all possible question of any harm being done to the copyright holder.
