Short title
Two Pink Skunk Clownfish (Amphiprion perideraion) and their closed host anemone, in Komodo, Indonesia.
Image title
Pink Skunk Anemonefish
(Amphiprion perideraion)
Three things make this image special in my view: first, their two faces are almost fully aligned. Second, the anemone is almost closed, with just a little bit of the tentacles visible, making it very different from the usual "clownfish cum anemone image". Third, the chiaroscuro, the shadows on the right isde, give a lot of depth and volume to the image.
