This image is being used to illustrate the article Rent (albums). I feel that this qualifies as fair use because:

1. It is a web-resolution image.

2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to produce the musical or sell the CDs in any way.

3. The image is significant because it is the cover of the CD.

4. No free or public domain images could possibly replace this one.
