English: U.S. Navy line handlers from the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2) help moor the high-endurance cutter USCGC Midgett (WHEC 726) at Fleet Activities Sasebo, Japan, Oct. 3, 2007. Midgett is on extended law enforcement and fisheries protection patrol from the U.S. Coast Guards' 13th District and is home ported in Seattle, Wash.
