US Flag with fifteen stars and fifteen stripes. In use 1 May 1795–3 July 1818. Created by jacobolus using Adobe Illustrator, and released into the public domain.

The stars on the flag are incorrectly positioned, the top point of each star should not be at 12 oclock position, but at aproximately the 2 oclock position rotated to the right.
