Une chambre d'essais simule les effets des intempéries : exposition aux UV plus humidité et chaleur (à T≈60 °C, par exemple). English: QUV™ accelerated weathering tester. It exposes materials to alternating cycles of UV light and moisture at elevated temperatures (at T≈60 °C for example). QUV is used for example to test the yellowing of coatings (such as white paints). QUV tester simulates the effects of sunlight, and dew and rain with condensing humidity. Up to 48 specimens (150 × 75 mm) can be tested. |
