- This image illustrates the text next to which it appears, which describes the band in question for which it promotes.
- It does not take away from the copyright holder's ability to profit from it.
- A free-licensed image of the person in question could not be found or created, and it is believed that such images would be difficult to find or create. If a free-licensed image can be found or created, then this photo should be replaced.
- It is believed that the person depicted or copyright holder is not against the use of the picture. If it is known that they are against its use, then it should be removed immediately.
