Larger Stripes[edit]
Please comment on the larger stripes. Note that all states that need striping or may need so in the near future are relatively large states. 0nlyth3truth (talk) 17:26, 30 June 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose: if this map is to be used (which I don't necessarily think it should) it needs to match the main map as best as possible. --Prcc27 (talk) 21:07, 30 June 2014 (UTC)
- Ok, so you have no objections as to the legibility or the aesthetics? 0nlyth3truth (talk) 00:21, 2 July 2014 (UTC)

Map[edit]
Are you going to suggest this map replace the other constitutional map..? --Prcc27 (talk) 21:13, 30 June 2014 (UTC)
- No, that is map of the content of state constitutions. This map contains different information. 0nlyth3truth (talk) 00:21, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
- Your question isn't clear. 0nlyth3truth (talk) 00:15, 8 July 2014 (UTC)
- Sure. Inserted "in federal district court" to the legend. I will not create a color for this situation in either state courts or circuit courts as that is pointless, given that there are no states that applies to. 0nlyth3truth (talk) 20:43, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
Colorado[edit]
Colorado has to be triple striped now... [1] --Prcc27 (talk) 23:27, 9 July 2014 (UTC)
- Added "The map only depicts the highest court to have overturned a ban." to the description. 0nlyth3truth (talk) 18:42, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
Fourth Circuit[edit]
I disagree with the proceedings at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_talk:Samesex_marriage_in_USA.svg since the ruling will certainly be stayed, and therefore the 4th circuit should be updated and striped. 0nlyth3truth (talk) 18:45, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
- Actually, this is a mess. I think the file should not be updated in any way until the stay happens, which will almost certainly be very soon. 0nlyth3truth (talk) 20:37, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
- Actually, I take that back. I'll remove the phrasing "stayed pending appeal," and reinsert it as soon as the stay happens. This can apply to Colorado also. 0nlyth3truth (talk) 20:51, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
