Fizber is a free listing service for homeowners that are willing to leverage technology to sell their home. A single for sale by owner (FSBO) listing on Fizber achieves maximum online exposure by being broadcast to more than 100 real estate websites and major social networks.[4] Fizber provides for sale by owner (FSBO) home sellers a customized real estate marketing system with comprehensive tools and step-by-step guidance, enabling home sellers to professionally showcase and sell their property in today's mobile and digital world.

The word "fizber" comes from the agglutination from the pronunciation of FSBO, the acronym for the term "For Sale By Owner".

Fizber is a peer-to-peer online real estate marketplace that connects home sellers with home buyers. Users are categorized as “home sellers” and must register on A valid email address, valid telephone number and user name are initially required to set up a unique user profile on the website. This information is secure. The free Fizber listing includes a host of free marketing tools available to home sellers. A personalized Digital Property Brochure will be created for home sellers to share via email and/or social media within 24 hours of listing on Fizber. The Digital Property Brochure comes with a unique URL and showcases the property through a high-quality slideshow with an interactive menu that allows prospective buyers to contact the seller, schedule a property visit, learn about nearby schools, market conditions and much more.

Fizber will also automatically take the photos uploaded by the home seller at registration and create a professional Listing Video Tour which is then uploaded to YouTube for home sellers so that they don’t have to do it themselves. Home sellers are notified once the YouTube video has been uploaded and they can easily share their video to friends, family members and prospective buyers.

In addition to the online social marketing that Fizber provides, the traditional methods and tools are available as well. These services include yard signs, flat fee MLS listing, transaction coordination services to help with paperwork and closing, discounted commission listing agents, title reports, legal forms, and home valuation reports.

Fizber also creates revenue from strategic partnerships. In 2008, signed an agreement with for the purpose of providing information on U.S. foreclosure properties. This partnership allowed visitors of Fizber to gain access to 600,000 foreclosure properties listings.[8]
