The Fort Madison Amtrak station is a train station in Fort Madison, Iowa, United States served by Amtrak, the national railroad passenger system.

On December 2009 the city received $1.1 million to restore the former Santa Fe station and move the Amtrak stop there, near to the city center.

Of the six Iowa stations served by Amtrak, Fort Madison was the fifth busiest in FY2010, boarding or detraining an average of approximately 21 passengers daily.[2]
