Foster-Melliar is an IT Service Management (ITSM) company in South Africa that specialises in assisting organisations to improve efficiencies and profitability through better alignment of their IT services with business needs.
Foster-Melliar was the first company to bring the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) ITIL best practice framework to South African shores.
Foster-Melliar was established in 1991 at a time when the IT industry was rapidly entrenching itself as the number 1 essential tool for business growth and long term success.
