Foundation for Effective Politics

Foundation for Effective Politics (FEP) (Russian: Фонд Эффективной Политики, FEP) is a Moscow-based organization involved in significant parts of Russian public politics by creating numerous printed and online politics-related media. Some consider it to be a think tank (because authors to such media and FEP employees are often called expert communities).
The founders of the FEP are Gleb Pavlovsky and Marat Gelman.
