Fountain Plaza, formerly Huron, is a Buffalo Metro Rail station in downtown Buffalo, New York. The station is located on Main Street, between Huron and Chippewa Streets.
Fountain Plaza serves the northern section of the Buffalo Downtown Central Business District. It now also serves the Buffalo Theater District since the closing of Theater Station located 546 feet north on February 18, 2013.[1] Fountain Plaza is at the north end of the "fare-free" zone, where customers traveling north of Fountain Plaza station are required to have proof-of-payment.
