It was released as a single on June 5, 2000 by Burning Heart Records, including the b-side song "Kemp" from the album's recording sessions and live versions of "Penguins & Polarbears" and "No Cigar" recorded at the Hi-Fi bar in Melbourne, Australia on February 15, 2000.
