François Herbert Endene Elokan (born 20 October 1978) is a Cameroon-Mexican football striker born in Cameroon. He currently plays for Cần Thơ F.C. in Vietnam. He holds a Mexican passport.

He previously played for Raja Casablanca, Al-Ahly from Libya, Chengdu, Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała, Pogoń Szczecin, ŁKS Łódź,[1] KS Besa Kavajë and Thể Công. He joined T&T Hà Nội, Vietnam in 2009.
