Frank D'Agostino, (born February 26, 1978, in Attleboro, Massachusetts, U.S.) is an independent filmmaker in the New England area.

D'Agostino, using the name Victor Franko, has a number of documentaries, film shorts, commercials, music videos, and digital features that he has directed. He is also an established actor & model with credits in both print, commercial, and feature film. A screenwriter and published author, D'Agostino has also played the role of producer and casting director in both film and video.
Frank D'Agostino is the writer-director of Solitaire.
