Frank DeSimone (born April 23, 1932 Ridgefield Park, New Jersey) is an Italian-American Lucchese crime family mobster.

He is a relative of Rosario DeSimone, James DeSimone, Joseph DeSimone, Thomas DeSimone, Anthony DeSimone, Robert DeSimone, Ralph DeSimone, Phil DeSimone, Frank DeSimone, Dolores DeSimone and Phyllis DeSimone and related through marriage to Lucchese crime family associate Joseph Cariddi, Joseph "The Barber" Spione and Angela Spione.

His son Frank DeSimone Jr. was shot and killed in front of his Hackensack, NJ building by Roosevelt Withers on December 27, 2007. He was 41 years old at the time of his death.[1]

DeSimone was a 5'6, 175 pound balding man with brown eyes. Frank has had an extensive twenty-year criminal career with the Lucchese crime family dating back to the 1970s. Among his offenses, DeSimone has been convicted of counterfeiting and credit card fraud. In November 1999, DeSimone was indicted for issuing false financial statements and counter checks at the Hilton Hotel and Casino, Caesar's Hotel and Casino and the Tropicana Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. On April 26, 2000 DeSimone was placed on the Exclusion List for the New Jersey Division of Gambling.[2] DeSimone has never held a legitimate occupation and currently lives in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.
