Frederick Adams (born December 24, 1957) and a retired PBA basketball player. He stood 6'0" and weight 170 lbs. playing Forward for Mariwasa from 1980 to 1981 in the PBA where he played in 22 games and played for two seasons. He played previously in the now-defunct Manila Industrial and Commercial Athletic Association before moving to the professional league.
