Futures Community College is a secondary school in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England. It was formerly called Thorpe Bay High School. Futures is located next to Southend High School for Girls. The school was renamed in 2007 when it became a Fresh Start School.

As of November 2013 the head teacher was Stuart Reynolds who replaced Stephen Capper who had been appointed for one year to prevent the school being placed in special measures by Ofsted following poor examination results in 2012.[1]

This school has an EAL class (English Additional Language), which helps students who are learning to speak English.

At the start of the 2014-2015 Academic school year, Futures Community College changed from their previous uniform to shirts and ties, the colour of the ties remained the same as the old polo-shirts. Blue for lower years, and navy blue for higher years. Performing Arts polo-shirts has been taken away. From 2015-2016, Shirts and Ties will be mandatory for all students.
