GWA International Limited (ASX: GWT) is an Australian company that owns a number of iconic brandnames. GWA International Limited listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in May 1993, and is one of Australia’s largest designers, manufacturers, importers and distributors of household consumer products. The company has more than 2,400 employees with manufacturing facilities throughout Australia and overseas. GWA International Limited currently comprises six business divisions, Caroma-Dorf, Dux, Gainsborough, Gliderol, Rover and Sebel, all of which are well-established businesses with strong brand names and market positions.
Caroma is a designer, manufacturer, importer and distributor of domestic and commercial sanitaryware and bathroom products.
Dorf Clark is a principal designer, manufacturer, importer and distributor of tapware and associated accessories, stainless steel sinks and laundry tubs for both domestic and commercial applications.
Dux is an Australian designer, manufacturer and distributor of hot water systems. The range includes mains pressure gas and electric storage, continuous flow gas, electric and gas boosted solar and heat pump products.
Gainsborough is an Australian designer, manufacturer, importer and distributor of a comprehensive range of domestic and commercial door hardware and fittings, including security products.
Gliderol is a manufacturer and distributor of garage and industrial doors, motors, and gate opening motors, and devices. Only the Australian name and market was purchased from the owners in 2011 not the international rights.
Rover is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of domestic and commercial lawn and garden care equipment.
Sebel is a manufacturer and distribution of educational furniture and seating. Sebel was originally owned by Harry Sebel and developed the world's first mono-bloc plastic chair, the Integra, which is still sold around the world.
