Evertz has explored a hard edge, optical approach to painting.[1]

Her recent exhibitions include MINUS SPACE, MoMA PS1,[2] Heckscher Museum, Hillwood Art Museum, Columbus Museum, Patricia & Phillip Frost Art Museum,[3] Ulrich Museum, and Karl Ernst Osthaus Museum.
