Garamduz-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان گرمادوز غربي), formerly Garamduz Rural District (دهستان گرمادوز), is in Garamduz District of Khoda Afarin County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Larijan.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as Garamduz Rural District of the former Khoda Afarin District of Kaleybar County) was 11,434 in 2,360 households.[5] There were 8,826 inhabitants in 2,291 households at the following census of 2011,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Khoda Afarin County.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 8,308 in 2,503 households. The most populous of its 26 villages was Larijan, with 1,094 people.[2]
