Gauripur (Bengali: গৌরীপুর) is an Upazila of Mymensingh District in the Division of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Gauripur is located at 24°45′30″N 90°34′30″E / 24.75833°N 90.575°E. It has 48378 units of household and total area 274.07 km².

As of 1991[update] Bangladesh census, Gauripur has a population of 247945. Males constitute are 50.71% of the population, and females 49.29%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 125167. Gauripur has an average literacy rate of 26.4% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate.[1]
