General Motors South America (General Motors América do Sul / General Motors Sudamerica) is a General Motors regional division created in 2010 for South American market which currently holds 20% of market share. This division its headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
GM South América includes the industrial and commercial operations in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela and sales activities in those countries and in Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
This division has one of five GM Design Centers, it is located in São Caetano do Sul. Brazil.
