Genetics Forum was a non-governmental discussion forum for genetic engineering issues including food, agriculture, medicine, and warfare. It was formed in the early 1990s and published the quarterly journal, Splice of Life. It sponsored the world's first citizen participation initiative on genetic engineered food, Citizen Foresight, which won the Caroline Walker Trust Prize (Science) in 1998.
