State Route 266 is a west–east state route located in the southwestern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. From the route's western terminus at State Route 39 north of Fort Gaines, the route runs northeast to its eastern terminus at U.S. Route 82/State Route 50 west of Cuthbert.
