State Route 323 is a west–east route in northeast Georgia. From its western terminus at U.S. 129/S.R. 11 southeast of Gainesville in Hall County, the route runs west-northwest to Gillsville, where it intersects S.R. 82. The route continues northwestward into Banks County, where it reaches its eastern terminus at S.R. 51 west of Homer.
