Getting Away with Murder: The JonBenet Ramsey Mystery is a docudrama television movie based on the 1996 murder of JonBenét Ramsey. The film was directed by Eric Lucas; JonBenét Ramsey was played by Julia Granstrom and Mackenzie Rosman. It screened on FOX on February 16, 2000.
The movie presented the case in a way that strongly suggested that the John Ramsey and Patsy Ramsey, the parents of the victim, were responsible for their daughter's murder. They were never formally charged in the case because of lack of evidence. This mystery to this day has not been solved.
