Ghazni and Kabul -- Afghanistan.
Ghazni City is the most populous district in Ghazni Province, Afghanistan, because it includes the provincial capital Ghazni. It has a population of more than 150,000 people in four major ethnic groups - 50% Tajik, 25% Pashtun, 20% Hazara and 5% Hindu. The district has no problems with water and almost all the land is in use.

It was reported that Afghan and ISAF forces combined and killed several militants and captured an al-Qaida IED facilitator and another incident on the southern side of Ghazni City[1].
