Girls and Boys is the second studio album from American pop singer Ingrid Michaelson. It was self released on May 16, 2006. A few songs of the album have been featured in the television series Grey's Anatomy. Michaelson's record label Cabin 24 re-released the album on September 18, 2007. It peaked at #63 on the Billboard 200.[7]

According to Nielsen SoundScan the album has sold 278,000 copies in the United States.[8]

The official Youtube video of the hit "The Way I Am" from this album has over nine million views.[9][10]
