Gliese 428 is a double star in the Constellation Carina.

This double star is also known as HIC 55691, CCDM J11247-6139 AB, HD 99279, HIP 55691. The double star is at 11h 24m 40.3168s -61° 38′ 51.238″ with an apparent magnitude of 7.2.
Gliese 428 A [edit]
Gliese 428 B (HD 99279A) is a K5V star. It has an apparent magnitude of 7.5, and is located at 11h 24m 40.339s -61° 38′ 51.06″
Gliese 428 B [edit]
Gliese 428 B (HD 99279B) is a M0-Ve class star located 35.9 light years from the Sun in the constellation of Carina.[citation needed] It is found in the night sky at RA 11h 24m 39.484s and declination -61° 38′ 54.31″ and has a magnitude of 8.6.
