[edit] Aodi

Aodi (sometimes Audi, Aoti, Auti) is a small fishing village in Gongliao. It is a popular tourist destination owing to its scenic setting and many seafood restaurants. It is also close to the controversial Fourth Nuclear Power Plant (FNPP), under construction since 1996. A nearby beach, Yenliao, was the site of the first landing for the occupation of Taiwan (Formosa) by Japanese forces (1895).
