Goodson is an unincorporated community in Polk County, Missouri, United States. It is located at the intersection of Missouri Supplemental Routes C and P. It is about sixteen miles northeast of Bolivar.

Goodson is part of the Springfield, Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.
