Goraa
Goraa and Gora are alternative spellings for a gotra among the Ror Kshatriyas of North India.

Gora and Badal are the central heroes of many "Bardic Tales" in the history of Rajputana. These two warriors played a great role and won eternal fame while trying to protect Rani Padmini from the Turks, who had attacked Chittor after hearing tales of her great beauty. Gora and Badal were so brave that they could kill many Turks single-handedly. The story of "Gora Badal" has been depicted in a wall painting inside the Eklingji Mandir in Udaipur. Two dome shaped houses have been constructed south of Padmini Mahal in Chittorgarh fort to commemorate the heroics of these martyrs.
The Gora Rors were the rulers of Chhoti Sadri near Chittor. They had several famous kings such as Dhanya Som, Rajyavardhan and Yash Gupt.
Now Gora found in Haryana in Village Fatehpur,Mundri and barsalu. Goras earlier lives in mundri then two brothers Body & jogi went to village fatehpur. One other person goes to barsalu near indri. In fatehpur now there are two family 1st one is Ch.mulak chand family & other is body family. In Ch.mulak chand family now two family 1st of Ch. Surtu Ram family he has four sons Name Ch. Mehar singh,(Sons are-Rampal,Rajgopal,Jaipal)Ch. Kehar Singh (Sons-Kramvir,Rajbir,Satbir)Ch. Lal Singh(Sons-Sanju,Rajesh)Ram Swarup(Sons-Rajiv,Munish)and other one is tilku ram which has two sons.Nathu Ram(Sons are Sathis,Rajinder,Sukhvinder)Ramkumar(Sons are Sahilnder,Sardar). And body family Ch a Ratti Ram,Ch. punnu ram,Bakhtora ram,Nagina Ram,Moolu Ram,Moman,Singhu Ram,Munsi,Mansa family are living. Now in Fatehpur there are near 400 members of Gora Gotra.
