Grandall Law Firm (Chinese: 国浩律师集团事务所), the only Chinese law firm accorded with the status of 'legal group' as a pilot project by the Chinese Ministry of Justice, is a leading full-service Chinese corporate and commercial law firm in China. Grandall's headquarters are located in Beijing, having 9 other offices located in the major investment centers of Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Kunming, Tianjin, Chengdu and Ningbo, as well as a branch office in Hong Kong.

Established in 1998 through a ground-breaking merger between the then leading Chinese firms Michael Zhang & Associates in Beijing - 北京张涌涛律师事务所 (1994), WanGuo Law Firm in Shanghai - 上海万国律师事务所(1993) and TangRen Law Firm in Shenzhen - 深圳唐人律师事务所 (established 1993), Grandall Legal Group has grown from a 15 attorneys firm to now being a premier law firm in the rapidly-developing Chinese market. Its founding partners include Michael Zhang [1], Lv Hongbing [2] and Li Chun.

At present, Grandall has more than 120 partners and approximately 630 PRC-licensed attorneys (inclusive of partners) throughout China, many of whom are recognized as top practitioners in their respective fields of specialization, and a number of foreign counsel who 'bridge the gap' between East and West.
All Grandall lawyers are nationally-qualified, with many graduating from top Chinese universities with Masters or Doctorate degrees in their area of specialization. Additionally, the Group employs a number of foreign-educated and licensed attorneys from the United States, Spain, Italy, Canada and Malaysia who focus their efforts on foreign direct investment (both inbound and outbound) in the International Practice Group.
The firm services businesses throughout China and internationally, including China’s largest SOEs[3], Fortune Global 500, Multinational Corporation, startup companies, a wide range of privately held companies, Small and medium enterprises and governmental agencies.
