Grimsby station in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada is served by Via Rail trains and the joint Via-Amtrak Maple Leaf train connecting it with Toronto, Niagara Falls and New York City.

The station is an accessible, unstaffed, but heated shelter beside the tracks and replaced a small wooden shed. Parking is free.

Formerly, Grimsby was served by a staffed Grand Trunk Railway station, which was also concurrently in use as a restaurant (1979–1994). This historic station had two towers and was destroyed by an electrical fire in 1994.

The original Great Western Railway station from 1855 survives across from the present Grimsby Station (moved there in 1900), and is currently used as commercial business (Fork Road Pottery). It was once used as fruit depot and meat packing depot. The second GWR station burned down in 1900 and replaced by a third station in 1902.
