Groove Junkies is American house record producer and DJ based out of Los Angeles, CA. "Groove Junkies" consists of founding member Evan Landes who produces House, Soul and is popular in Europe, Australia, UK, China, Japan, and USA.[1] Groove Junkies is considered a leader of the soulful house movement[citation needed] and has produced and remixed some of the most prominent artists of our time.[citation needed] "Groove Junkies" music has been featured on BBC, KPWR, and Ministry of Sound. Various articles have been written about Groove Junkies in prominent dance music publications such as Dj Mag and M8 Magazine.

Evan Landes has had success as a producer and DJ on an international scale and has remixed top grossing acts[citation needed] in the USA such as Rihanna's "Take a Bow" on Def Jam Recordings, Pussycat Dolls' "StickWitU" on A&M Records, Leela James "Good Times" on Warner Bros. Records, as well as international recording artists such as Ben Watt "Lone Cat" on Buzzin' Fly, Frankie Knuckles feat. Nicki Richards "Matter Of Time" & "I've Had Enough" on Definity, Michelle Weeks "My Change" on Devotion and Marc Evans "Giving Me Joy" on Defected Records to name just a few. "Groove Junkies" have also helped jump start & solidify careers of such artist as Ida Corr, Solara, Indeya, Diane Carter, and Alexander Sky (Alexander Polinsky), TC Moses, on Evan's imprint MoreHouse Records.

As Groove Junkies 'founding father' and now solo member, he's earned a reputation for exceptional DJing skills,[citation needed] and flawless programming ability.[citation needed] Evan has headlined on 5 different continents and rocked the decks at such diverse venues/festivals/parties as Def Mix @ Pacha, Ibiza, Club Essential in Riga Latvia, Catwalk in Barcelona, Turmills in London, SHE @ Trademark in Sydney Australia, Mansion in Miami, The Smart Bar in Chicago, Detroit’s Electronic Movement Festival, and the Electric Daisy Carnival, Balance & DEEP in Los Angeles to name a few.[citation needed] He has shared the stage with DJ Heavyweights such as Frankie Knuckles, Francois K., Hec Romero, Ben Watt, Grant Nelson, Kaskade, Terry Hunter, Brian Tappert, Ron Carroll, Jamie Lewis, Bobby & Steve, Andy Caldwell, DJ Meme, Jellybean Benitez, Jay J, Victor Simonelli, CJ Mackintosh, Marlon D., Tedd Patterson, Tortured Soul, Barbara Tucker, Michael Watford, Dawn Tallman, Thelma Houston, Kenny Bobien and many more.[citation needed]
