Grow to Work is a social enterprise located in the Scottish Borders which provides employment in rural skills to young adults who face challenges finding work.[1] It was founded in 2012 by the parents of a young man with autism who wanted to help school leavers with learning disabilities and other disadvantages, into gainful employment. The main activity carried out by Grow to Work is contract gardening and groundskeeping services including lawn mowing, slab laying, planting, weeding, digging and furniture upkeep.[2]
