Gruchet-Saint-Siméon is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Haute-Normandie region in northern France.

A farming village situated in the Pays de Caux, some 12 miles (19 km) southwest of Dieppe at the junction of the D70 and the D270 roads.
