Legislative elections were held in Guatemala to elect members of the Congress on 3–5 November 1944.

The FUPP was a political electoral front. The principal partners in the front are the National Democratic Front (FND), Popular Liberation Front (FPL), Central Democratic Party (PDC), Social Democratic Party (PSD), National Renovation Party (PRN), National Vanguard Party (PVN).
