Guyana, Guayana or Guiana usually refers to the country of Guyana.
It may also refer to the larger region of The Guyanas or The Guianas, which includes the following three territories on the northeast coast of South America:

- Suriname, formerly Dutch Guiana
- French Guiana, an overseas department of France
It may also refer to parts of neighboring countries:
- Guayana Region, administrative region of Venezuela
- Ciudad Guayana, city in the above region
- Guayana Esequiba, the Zona en Reclamación, part of Guyana claimed by Venezuela
- Brazilian Guiana, formerly known as Portuguese Guiana
