Gulzar Hussain is a Pakistani chef with a TV show on the Pakistani Food/Cooking channel Masala TV.

Gulzar acquired his professional training as a chef in Japan and has worked on Japanese cuisine for 12 years.
The Chef Gulzar Show is on Masala TV at 9:00 PM local time, which is why it is also known as Live@9. He has been televised for several years.[1]
Gulzar features simple yet delightful recipes which are easy to make. The theme varies from the local to international cuisine and is based on viewer requests received through e-mails and letters.
