Gurdwaras in Africa
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Gurdwara is a place of worship for Sikh people. It is a place where Sikhs can gather to hear devotional hymns and recital from the Guru Granth Sahib - the Sikh holy book. As Sikhs migrated around the world, they created Gurdwaras so that they could continue to worship. The following Gurdwaras have been built in Africa.
