Gurupa

Gurupa is the name^{[citation needed]} of Amazon.com's content delivery infrastructure. It is abbreviated to "gp" in Amazon URLs, such as http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0596515162/. It was named after the Brazilian city of Gurupá. The prior content delivery infrastructure was called Obidos.
