HB Grandi is an Icelandic fishing industry company, one of the largest in the country, based in Reykjavík. The company formed from the merger of Grandi from Reykjavík and Haraldur Böðvarsson from Akranes. on January 1, 2004. Later that year, the company merged with Tangi from Vopnafjörður and Svanur RE-45. The company runs fish processing plants in Reykjavík, Akranes and Vopnafjörður.
