HELP Tourism is an organization that was established in 1991 at Siliguri in Darjeeling district of West Bengal, India. The main aim of the organization is 'communities, conservation and commitments in the East Himalaya through Tourism'. The name of the organization is an acronym that represents Heritage, Environment, Livelihood, and People. After 22 years, the organization has created more than 25 tourism villages in East Himalaya and four ground offices within a distance of approximately 500 km each.

Kolkata-Siliguri-Guwahati-Dibrugarh, operating Orissa, West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura, Manipur and Mizoram in India, and the countries of Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar.
