Hai Thieng (Vietnamese: Hai Thiêng or Bùi Văn Thiêng) was a member of the NLF (Viet Cong) forces. He was the commander of the NLF in Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.
October 7/1970 Hai Thieng was also credited with as many as 360 kills US. But this day, 8 U.S. military were killed
