Set before the Toa Mata arrive on Mata Nui, it chronicles the adventures of Takua as he searches for the kidnapped Turaga and hidden Toa stones. This is the only canon handheld Bionicle game, and seems to serve as a prelude to the Mata Nui Online Game and Mata Nui Online Game II.
To differentiate the "Lego Bionicle" game from the Lego Bionicle franchise as a whole, this game unofficially carries the subtitles of "Tales of the Tohunga" and (after the word "Tohunga" was replaced with "Matoran") "Quest for the Toa"
[edit] Bionicle: Matoran Adventures
Set during the Bohrok war, you play up to six Matoran, Jala, Huki, Maku, Kongu, Onepu, and Matoro to save the Turaga and defeat the Bohrok.

[edit] Bionicle: Maze of Shadows
Based on the events of the book Maze of Shadows. As you travel through the underworld of Mata Nui as the Toa Metru, you will battle Rahi, unlock new powers, and help Nokama by getting energized protodermis to the Karzahni plant and getting a healing root for Nokama, who has been fatally injured. Unlike most other handheld BIONICLE games, Maze of Shadows is semi-canon, with certain aspects being canon, while other aspects being non-canon.
