Happy Halloween is a short horror movie starring Navid Akhavan in the lead role. The film has only been released in Germany and was released straight to DVD on October 24, 2001. The film is directed by Gaby and Simon Bahlsen. Even though the horror movie is not well known, it won a Gold Award for Best Independent Short Film-Fantasy/Horror at the WorldFest-Houston International Film Festival in 2002. The film was made in Germany and had a budget of 80,000 euros.
